Easy Cake Pop Recipe Without Cake Mix

Place your cake pops on a sheet pan or plate, and place in the freezer for 15 minutes. In my kitchen, i tried four combinations:

Easy cake pop recipe without cake mix. While your cake pops are in the freezer, place the candy melts in a medium sized bowl. Put your candy melts into a microwaveable mug (i filled mine to the top). Scoop all of the frosting into the crumble cake and mix, mix, mix.

Slowly beat in the eggs, one by one, then fold in the flour and mix well. Let the coating drip off. I just had to let it cool for about 45 minutes and then wipe it out with a damp cloth.

In a large bowl, whisk cake mix and soda together until no lumps are left. Then slowly pull up the cake pop. Add more soda to taste, if necessary.

It makes delicious cake pops (and donuts!) in less time that the traditional cake pop. In a very small bowl, melt candy melts in the microwave, check & stir after every 30 seconds. Place the butter, sugar and vanilla extract into a bowl and beat well to a creamy consistency.

Place into the freezer to speed up setting time. Melt a few of the dark and white chocolate wafers in two separate bowls. Dip the cake pop into the mug, evenly coating it.

Heat the milk and butter in a heatproof bowl or glass measuring cup, stir in the oil and add the liquid mixture into the cake batter and mix until smooth. Freeze for 45 minutes to firm up the cake pops. Chococolate or candy coating (for dipping) i use to only use chocolate, now i swear by candy melts! Bake the cake in an 8” or 9” cake pan and allow to cool completely before making the cake balls.

Coat each ball with the chocolate the roll in dry cake mix. Let the excess chocolate drip off. Refrigerate for at least an hour then serve.

With the palm of your hand, round out each portion into a ball shape. Tip into the cake tin and bake for about 20 mins until risen and golden brown. Repeat melting chocolate and dipping remaining cake pops.

I used a large wooden spoon and mixed it for a couple of minutes until it was well combined. Dip cake balls carefully into the chocolate until covered. All those fun colors just speak to me!

How to make vanilla cake pops with a cake pop maker. Next, melt the candy melts as directed on the package. Dip one end of a cake pop stick into the melted chocolate and then insert it into the cake ball.

Stir in the crisco until smooth. Divide your cake in half and freeze one half for future use. Swirl and tap gently if needed.

Using your hands, crumble up the cake until no large pieces remain. Working in small batches out of the freezer, dip each cake pop into the candy melt. Add the sprinkles while the chocolate is still wet. Dip each cake pop in the melted chocolate.

Chocolate cake + root beer = brown cow cake. The cake will be very soft, but you should be able to insert and remove a toothpick cleanly. Scatter sprinkles on the top of the pop while the chocolate is still wet.

Bake 35 to 40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center of the cake comes out clean. Place on prepared baking tray. Finally, if using sprinkles, add immediately before coating sets.

Supplies you need to make cake pops. Once the cake pops have been in the freezer for 20 min, dip each into the cup and tilt to the sides slowly to make sure the entire cake pop is covered. Then dip the end of the cake pop stick into the melted chocolate and push that same end into the cake ball.

Stick entire baking sheet into the freezer for at least 20 minutes. Once it’s set, dip the entire ball into the melted candy and allow to set. To make thse quick and easy cake pops you’ll need:

Spice cake + ginger ale or ginger beer = ginger spice cake. Place 1 lollipop stick into each ball. Stick the decorated cake pop into a styrofoam block to finish setting.

This recipe yielded 26 cake pops for me, but you could get a few more or less depending on the exact size of your cake balls! Repeat with all the cake balls. Microwave for 30 second intervals until completely melted.

If necessary, use a spoon to completely coat the pop with chocolate, then remove it letting the excess chocolate drip back into the bowl. Grease and line the base of a 20cm sandwich tin. Cool cake in pan for about 10 minutes, then remove the cake from the pan and cool completely.

When the balls are chilled, dip the end of the sticks into the melted candy then insert the lollipop stick into the cake pop. Cake pops are prepared by baking a cake, mashing it up, mixing in frosting, rolling it into a balls, putting it on a stick, and dipping it in chocolate. Melt chocolate and add some shortening to make it very thin.

After my baking session was over, i was pleased that the cake pop maker was really easy to clean. Take small amounts (about a tablespoon or so) and roll into a ball. Place the pop on cookie sheet.
